The League of Friends Connects with Local Businesses at Thames Valley Expo

The League of Friends of Berkshire Hospitals was delighted to exhibit at the Thames Valley Expo, where we had the opportunity to meet local businesses, make valuable connections and raise awareness of our work supporting patients, visitors and NHS staff across Berkshire.

Throughout the event, we spoke with visitors and exhibitors about the difference our charity makes by funding medical equipment and supporting healthcare projects at Royal Berkshire Hospital and Wokingham Hospital.

A key focus was exploring opportunities to work with local businesses through corporate sponsorship, Charity of the Year partnerships and other fundraising initiatives. We also welcomed conversations with people interested in volunteering and becoming more involved in supporting our hospitals.

We are grateful to everyone who took the time to visit our stand and learn more about the charity. We look forward to following up on the connections made and developing new partnerships that will help us continue our work.

Together, we can do more for our hospitals and the communities they serve.
